Hello My Pretti’s.

I want to share my second passion with you, my love of leading a healthy lifestyle. Exercise & eating healthy has been a wonderful roller coaster ride for me. There have been up & downs and many curves, however it has been one of the most amazing parts of my life. The changes and achievements I have made via exercise and improving diet have molded me into the person I am today. In the past I took my health and exercising (which I loafed) for granted. Daily exercise and healthy food choices are now vital, meaningful parts of my life, mentally and physically. Stay tuned to see my insane but often humorous lifestyle.
